Mark your calendars for this year's Golf for Life - September 10, 2010 - at Fairwinds Golf Club.

Golf for Life is the premier golf tournament on Central Vancouver Island, and is held every year at the award winning Fairwinds Golf Club. Golf for Life is a wonderful opportunity to share the day with your clients, co-workers and friends, all the while supporting a terrific cause.

Golf for the cause

For 17 years, Golf for Life and its sponsors have raised almost $600,000 for equipment purchases at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. All funds raised through Golf for Life 2010 will be designated to equipment purchases for the forthcoming new Emergency Department at NRGH. Construction on the new unit is scheduled to begin this summer.

About last year's Golf for Life

Thank you to all golfers, supporters and volunteers who joined us last year on September 11, 2009 for our annual golf charity classic in support of the New Renal Dialysis Centre at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH).

The 2009 Golf for Life Charity Classic raised more than $80,000! Fairwinds welcomed 144 enthusiastic players to the tournament.
