Volunteers serve tea, coffee, and refreshments during Awareness Day for Nanaimo Lifeline’s 26th Anniversary at NRGH.
The Nanaimo Lifeline Program is celebrating 26 years of service to Vancouver Islanders this week. Clients of the personal alarm monitoring service and the volunteers who install and maintain devices enjoyed Strawberry Teas in Oceanside and Nanaimo complete with group sing-a-longs and door prize draws. Nanaimo Lifeline was also serving refreshments in the lobby of NRGH in order to create awareness of this essential service. Lifeline offers peace of mind to family and friends with medically-at-risk loved ones.
