Five-year-old Tabitha Miner delivered her $18 donation to the Hospital Foundation to help build the New Emergency. Thanks Tabitha!
Five-year-old Tabitha Miner has a generous heart. Not only did she host a lemonade stand at her family’s recent garage sale she sold some of her personal possessions to add to the donation. As a result, the young philanthropist contributed $18 to the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation. After careful consideration she elected to direct her donation towards the New Emergency Department Expansion underway at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH). Tabitha is already planning her next fundraising venture; if you see her colourful home-crafted signs stop by for a cold drink and some excellent conversation.
