The Parksville Qualicum Shrine Club works tirelessly each year to help children across the province who are facing health challenges, and they never forget kids on Vancouver Island. The Shrine Club recently delivered a $2,000 donation to the Nanaimo & District Hospital to help children visiting the Paediatrics Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH). Members are keen to thank the public for supporting the Club’s annual charity fundraisers such as their pancake breakfasts, show and shines, and during calendar sales.
